There was no clear indication where the Uhaul rental section was. I didn’t see a drop box for the key, so I had to go into the liquor store. Very direct and unfriendly.

DUSTIN FOverall, I would rate this location extremely poor. Whether picking up or dropping off the vehicle, the cashiers knowledge of the Uhaul POS system was extremely poor. It took 20 minutes to check me in for the rental and 30+ minutes in order to check it back in. Further, the morning cashier informed me that the pads and dolley would be free of charge, but then the cashier in the afternoon charged me for them. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing experience. I will not be returning nor would I ever recommend this location. Uhaul should consider revoking their business from this location as it shines a very bad light upon their corporation.
