I think that you should have the key accessible and where is there to be I had to change my reservation to another location because first off the truck was behind another truck and I couldn't give it out then went to the second location and the key was not even in the box we sent there for a hour trying to get the key for the U-Haul this was the worst experience I've ever had and I don't think I will be using you hard again I would try to figure out another company that I can really truck from but you often used to do better and I wasn't even offer a discount a compensation it was just oh well that's not right
