Making sure you don’t mess up a reservation. Booking was great. Was called a few days later asking me to go to a different locations since they had the truck size I needed. Fine. Great. The day of , I was running a little behind so I wanted to let them know to not have anything get messed up and somehow whomever I spoke with ended up cancelling my reservation and resetting it up for the new start time. Did not explain to me that the location then changed back to the original one. So that took a lot of time and frustration to get sorted out. Finally got the truck and we were good. The time comes to return the truck and when they “reset” up the reservation they had me returning it to the original pick up location. I moved states. That wasn’t happening. Then they changed it to a different location in the new state. It was all a mess from just trying to give a heads up about being 30 min behind schedule originally for the pick up. It ended up getting handled but when moving is already stressful enough, especially to a new state, the added frustrations and mis communications were not helpful at all. Thankfully the people at the locations were helpful and understanding. But again unneeded frustrations.

My reservation amount was $33.02. Once, I arrived they told me it would be $46 but authorized $100 on my card. They also couldn't explain why. Inside the truck they gave me the dolly latch was broken and there was outside vehicle damage.
MARKISHA BI think that you should have the key accessible and where is there to be I had to change my reservation to another location because first off the truck was behind another truck and I couldn't give it out then went to the second location and the key was not even in the box we sent there for a hour trying to get the key for the U-Haul this was the worst experience I've ever had and I don't think I will be using you hard again I would try to figure out another company that I can really truck from but you often used to do better and I wasn't even offer a discount a compensation it was just oh well that's not right
