The drop off site’s lot is very rough when it rains. The lot has large mud holes that you have to drive through to drop off the return trailers.Dry days it is not bad at all.

First off, where i had originally reserved was 5 miles to the house, they didn't have a truck, so it sent me 15 miles from my house. I feel like I should be reimbursed for 20 miles and 10 dollars in gas
