Marsha CCustomer service was lacking. The truck was in a field behind the business, which I had to go get. The guy never said anything about needing to put gas in the truck. It was very apparent that these guys had no interest in renting out U-Haul equipment, and it was confirmed by one of the guys. We will definitely choose a different U-Haul provider the next time we need to rent one.
