Person signing in the vehicle refused to offer a receipt of turn in. Said " I was okay, I assure you, you are good". All he did was take a picture of the milage turn in and gas gage (That was full-I was only required to fill up to 7/8. However as a former U Haul manager, I wanted to do the right thing and turn it in full). I really would have liked to been offered a receipt of turn in at the time of turn in..Maybe just old fashion. However, the gentleman was nice enough .

Very nice staff assisted with drop off.. she made sure everything was in order and got us on our way !!!
PENE OKey was "missing" when we got there to rent the truck. Oops someone dropped the key in the gravel driveway, but WE found it, since we needed to get going & you can't go anywhere without a key!!!! Oh and know that when you pick up a truck with 2,500 miles on it & its a reservation driving from Ohio to S. Carolina as hurricane Helene was going through Virginia the truck should have GOOD working brakes. This truck did not!!!! 2nd Uhaul experience, first one was delayed 3 hrs due to incorrect mileage being logged at pick up & what a mess that was to wait for it to be fixed. We'll use Peneske next time.
Benjamin CPerson at the drop off location wasn't helpful at all. Explained that I didn't get the moving blankets and they told me they couldn't help.
Doug MThis was the worst experience. They were not able to do anything.
