The equipment was dirty and the tire service maintenance signal was on the entire time. The app did not work for me to upload images of the damages that were on the vehicle before I took it and when I returned it the woman was shady as hell and rushed me out of there as fast as she could. I don't think it was returned properly. I will never rent from this location again nor will I recommend people to rent from this location. The gentleman who signed me up wasn't bad but it was all over the phone and they didn't understand what he was saying and I could not understand what he was saying.

ERINNE MPerson signing in the vehicle refused to offer a receipt of turn in. Said " I was okay, I assure you, you are good". All he did was take a picture of the milage turn in and gas gage (That was full-I was only required to fill up to 7/8. However as a former U Haul manager, I wanted to do the right thing and turn it in full). I really would have liked to been offered a receipt of turn in at the time of turn in..Maybe just old fashion. However, the gentleman was nice enough .
