On Tuesday Nov 25th I picked up my reservation number 99041885 for two day a 15' truck DC4903G located 15500 Voss Rd Sugar Land Tx 77498 that the gas tank has only 1/4 not full as the contract said . I called at Affordable Family Storage indicating this issue, the gentlemen at the front desk said that he is taking the issue but I needed to fill the tank. It cost me $61 dollars on gas(attach photo) In two day I only drove 39 miles. It is impossible to use 3/4 gas. The second day at 8 am when I started the engine the oil pressure was erratic, I called at your storage again and the guy in front of the desk sent me a number to call road assistance that I was waiting for an hour. In the end the truck has a minimum oil level. I need to call the road assistem but I need to added oil bought from my pocket. I Sent the claim to the storage and to the A=hual never sent me an answer .
