The "kid" that checked me out didnt submit the info correctly, including but not limited to starting mileage and gas, and thus royally screwed me over on over $40 on a rental of a 26 foot truck, when I had requested and only needed a 15 foot truck, and used for only 1/2 an hour. Then tried to charge more when i was done. Upon trying to figure out why i was paying so much and explaining the real situation, the "boss" , finally, after a rather angry "debate", could only rebate my insurance, thereby allowing me to "break even", as in: paying the full price that was originally """"ESTIMATED""" on....mind you, this was only an estimate, one that i had anticipated for using the truck for 4-5 hours and about 30 miles, round trip- not the 45 mins and MAYBE 12 miles that i actually used. Very disgusted and profiled. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RENT FROM HERE OR ANYWHERE THE OFFICE IN FALCONER, NY USES!!!!
