NAAGY O.The guys at this location were Fantastic, easy to work with. Very kind and could tell they wanted to help. At a different location in the 14701 area there was a Mathew Haddock ( not sure if spelled correctly), who I was told to be the regional manager. Let me just say, this guy is a real PRICK! He is very aggressive the way he speaks to you. He insults and even makes you feel like you are a criminal who stole the uhaul instead of renting it. I also have voicemails from him saying he PURPOSELY maxed my card out and now he planned on calling the police and having the truck reported stolen. Which was only in my possession less then 48hours. If this guy is the regional manager, they need to get rid of him. This is not how you run a business. You don't treat people like complete shit and try baiting them into an argument. You are a pathetic excuse for a man. And you should definitely not be associated with this store. Let alone uhaul at all, you give them a bad name.
