I just dropping some appliances near. I paid $60+. Vehicle have no aircon and dusty… expecting paying less but i pay more. Expensive! Not worth..
Edward ACheck in process was slow. Agent advised me to not worry about submitting photos per the text messages. Unit was fine except the fan speed control was broken and the windows fogged up. Had to drive in the rain with the windows open.
Jeff LU-haul was not cleaned out prior to use. I opened the truck door and the people before me had left moving blankets unfolded and smashed Christmas ornaments. I told the worker that they should check the back of the trucks when people drop them off to make sure they’re clean as I had to sweep it out and clean it up prior to even being able to use it. He came up with some excuse that this was dropped off late last night. We walked out together to go and look at the odometer and fuel gauge, but we never went and looked in the back. So it goes to show me that this is a common theme to not inspect the entire truck.
