In this process, made our pickup, U-Haul auto sent a link to Text requesting pictures of plate and rig upon return of vehicle. When you click on the link, you get an error code, no way to up load pics. Contacted U-Haul location said they would look at and get corrected..please fix the link I was upset all night because I could not follow instructions
