The truck was great. Perfect size. But they didn’t put the two Dollie’s and 6 furniture pads I paid for in the rental. Since I was picking it up on a day that this location was closed, there was no way for me to get my equipment. The service rep I spoke with did issue a refund, which I appreciate. It just would’ve been easier if I had the equipment I had booked. Great location, very friendly staff when I’ve been there and they’re open.
