I had reserved my pick-up at 5200 Veterans Blvd in Fargo which is a full service U-Haul location. For some reason, the reservation was moved to 360 Property Services, which is nothing more than a vacant lot with a couple of trailers. Service rep was courteous, but obviously u-haul rentals is not his primary job.
