The woman that helped us was very friendly and helpful, however, the windows were smudgy and we had to put a quart of oil in the engine. It also had a bad vibration on the front right tire. At 60 miles an hour the truck started shaking badly. It was rather scary. When those trucks come in, the should be taken and driven up to 60 miles an hour to check for that. A wheel could have fallen off and been in an accident. It also slowed down our travel time, not being able to go at least 60 or 65.

Went to pick up my rental and they didn’t have one available they said it would take 3 hours to get one ready. I got upset and they rushed it and got it done in an hour. I had to move my plans to the right.

The only reason we didn't give 5 stars and we actually wanted to go lower but we didn't want this review to reflect poorly on the women who rang us out. She was really nice and helpful. (We forgot her name). Br Milven refused to help us with putting the auto trailer on the Uhaul or our car. We had to go back inside and the women came out and forced Milven to help us. When he finally was willing to help us he didn't tell us how to unhook/hook up the trailer from the Uhaul he just latched one side of the car wheel down and said we can do the other ones. He was not helpful or friendly at all. Again, the women inside was very nice and helpful.

Didn't want the insurance and the lady that was helping me assumed I did. After she printed up the papers I told her this and she said she would have to start all over again for me to be able to not accept the insurance. I didn't have time to wait. Don't assume customers want insurance ask to save everyone time. If I wanted insurance when I rented it online I could of accepted it but i didn't.



I neglected to double check the amount of gas in the tank compared to what the contract showed. Actual gas gauge was 5/8ths of a tank. Contract said 7/8. So I filled tank to 5/8ths. Got charged $28.88 for gas to read 7/8ths by the contract. Wasn't happy. Truck drove like a dream though.

I returned the trailer at 5:01, and the OPEN sign had just turned off. I was nervous about unhooking the trailer, so I was sad that I missed the chance to have some help. Even though they were closed, two staff members stayed late and made sure I was checked in and unhooked.

Farmington was excellent. We are renting a truck again this weekend. But when we returned the truck in Santa Fe we forgot to remove our lock on the tailgate. We returned it at 1. The clerk said to leave the key on the desk and he would email us the receipt. When we were just about out of town, he called and said we left the lock on. We returned at 1:30 and removed the lock. Today we found he charged us for another day. We are not happy with that. Had he checked the truck in whe. We were there he would have caught the lock. We would have removed it and not been charged another day. Please follow up with me.
