Picked up at 8:00 a.m. Used the phone to pick up vehicle. As much me as U-Haul I suppose, but took me two phone calls and about 45 minutes to complete transaction. The people on the phone were helpful, but the instructions on the app were not as clear as they could have been. Returning was a nightmare. The lot was very dark because of DST. The return instructions required me to navigate the vehicle in the dark to take pictures of the exterior. Again, to me the instructions were vague and I am not sure I did everything correctly. I have not heard otherwise so I guess I won't be arrested for fraud. Would have appreciated a more friendly parking place as far as light is concerned. Have only cheers for U-Haul phone staff.

Robert RThe rental process was easy. There were a few glitches (on my side of things). However, the U-Haul staff provided excellent solutions! I have used U-Haul from time to time over the years with the same positive results. I highly recommend this company.
