Outstanding service from an extremely nice gentleman who did everything he could to help us with our move. The equipment was immaculate, as well as the whole location. I saw absolutely nothing needing improvement.

Vincent FIt was very pricey for 6 hours. When I first did the reservation I was supposed to pick the truck up at Meherrin Stop N Shop. I called them they didn't have a truck for me and I had to go to Farmville get the truck at Breezy Cuts which was further so that made the miles I was using it more. So I was charged and additional $92 after I took the truck back. I wasn't expecting that. This was my only issue.
Leslie WThere was a brake issue with the first rental. I called Uhaul roadside assistance. They immediately sent a tow truck out to pick that one up and issued me a bigger one for no additional money.
