Not a great experience with pickup. We were already driving over an hour away from where we originally requested pickup (informed the day before) and came at the time we were told. Not the fault of the location, but the previous renter was 1.5 hours late and returned the truck in poor condition with the tank being on empty. So not only had to fill up the truck but then had to drive to a separate location to pickup a trailer. It definitely did not leave a positive experience.

Loretta DNo one there. Return time was not was correct The he lady at the hair salon, in the U-Haul location, was nice and said she would tell them we returned the unit. Truck needs to be looked at for over raving, often, and the ramp will detach when fully extended. Usually the ramp has a connection preventing this.
