They were late to opening the store so I was late in picking up my trailer. Thankfully that wasn't a major issue for me, and UHaul helped and accommodated me when I called, but overall I wouldn't recommend.

John LThe connection for the lights to the trailer was missing and was replaced before we left but our truck's sensor went off several times saying it was disconnected. We would have to stop to reconnect it. It's our fault for not double checking but the owner hooked up the trailer to our hitch incorrectly and before we got to our house to load up the trailer came unhitched. This was a dangerous situation and luckily there was no property damage. My husband kept control of both vehicles and then hitched it correctly. We had no more issues with the hitch after that. Very scary moment.
Carol CThe owner was not there when we arrived to pick up the truck and he arrived late after multiple calls. He misinformed us about the drop off location potentially causing a $328 fee ! I would never rent from him again !
