Pick up and drop off went extremely smooth! Awesome customer service!
Hans MI had a hard time contacting the owner, I didnt know how to get into the gate to pick up the u-haul. Then when I got to my house to load it, there was not any ramps inside the truck or the dolly Id paid to to rent. I also was overcharged for the rental. I was quoted 54.00 dollars and was charged 100 to my account.
