Inside of Box was dirty. The gentlemen that assisted me at the location for pick up and return was very professional and helpful
WILLIAM MThere is no storefront. The employees were indistinguishable: they were not wearing uniforms or anything that stated they work for Uhaul. The person in charge of giving me the keys was not present, I was told she was shopping and had to wait for her. When she arrived, she parked behind my car, making me feel uncomfortable as I could not leave if I wanted to. The first employee went back and forth between her car and mine asking for information that was plugged into her phone. She finally came to my window and gave me the keys after asking a few more questions. There was no inspection of the truck or walk around like Uhaul typically does. No reading of the odometer or gas gauge. I was surprised it was left almost empty when I turned it on. Overall, it felt like I was doing a drug deal in the parking lot. This experience was terrible, not to mention all the changes to my reservation prior to even showing up. Not sure if I'm going to give U-Haul another opportunity after this one.
