When I picked up the truck it did not have the moving blankets inside which I paid to rent and I called once I go to my destination. The girl on the phone said she would take them off the bill and when I turned the truck in they are trying to charge me 96.00 for the blankets. COMPLETE CLUSTER. I took the guys word for it that the blankets were in the truck and now it's a total hassle. I was charged for extra mileage when I thought the computer figured out the mileage upfront so that's also BS
