I don't technology, so apparently I did the drop off wrong online, but Craig quickly noticed and corrected it for us. When we came back to drop off the U-Haul, Craig was there and inquired about the move, and the performance of the truck, again we felt like old friends. We will definitely recommend Craig and this location to others!
