I do understand that the associate there under a lot of stress but her attitude is not appropriate for the job that she is in would not recommend this location until they get a people friendly associate that has great customer service skills
CHRISTOPHER HThe truck was very dirty inside, I swept up a big pile of dirt, gross! The cab was very dirty, disgusting actually. I would not rent again. Lady behind the counter was not concerned at all With my comments.
GENE RHave more staff available on busy days. My rental did not give me what was requested nor the price of my storage I was quoted. Ensure trucks are properly cleaned and in good working order. My truck was dirty, smelled and had performing issues. The truck dragged and wouldn't accelerate over a certain mileage. When I called the location, she quickly told me to call an 800#.
