Dan CStaff on my day must have had a bad weekend. She was not very personable nor polite. Customer service matters. I passed 4 other Uhaul locations on my way to yours. We have done daily rentals there numerous times there since 2015.
Victor GIt was a bit inconvenient because I hadn't realized the truck was completely empty of tools, and—lacking a ramp—I had to manually lift the heavy stuff. There was no separate explanation regarding how costs are calculated or any potential additional charges.
