The representative from this location assured me she didn’t charge my card when she did. She lied about me dropping the truck off later than what I did, and then when I called to tell her that the truck was at the location when it was supposed to be, she said she never charge my card. It’s a shame that people think they can get away with doing stuff like that. It’s not cool, but I’m glad that U-Haul has a great customer service department that takes care of people that are fraudulently charged.
