I would not recommend uhaul, period....the Camden rd location messed my whole reservation up...moved me to skibo without asking first...they did this because the manager decided not to show up on time and the truck AND the key was there because the lady that rented it was there dropping it off with the key in hand. It was a computer screen agent I dealt with..BAD BUSINESS...tried to charge me extra..it was all a scam from the beginning to try to get an extra $200 out of me...there was nobody at camden rd uhaul..even though they knew I was to be there to pick up keys...I will not pay that extra $180 to drop my uhaul at the camden location which was what I originally had in my contract...Be careful with uhaul..they will try to get you...never ever again will I use a company that purposely scams their customers..shame on you Uhaul....ZERO STARS

It was a great overall experience. The only problem I had was the app told me to locate the truck but I couldn’t because it was behind the gate and the code to get behind the gate was in the lock box on the side of the building. It doesn’t give you that step until after the find the truck step so I was a little lost. It should give you the lock box step first. Other than that everything was great!
Troy JHorrendous process. No live person. All automated took an hour to pick up and 30 minutes to drop off. Avoid if humanly possible.
