Sent me out with a worn tire, check with drop off store. The tie down straps were not the web type that covers the inside and outside of the tire, instead it was a single strap that had to be manually centered on the tire, had to keep checking that it stayed centered. The ratcheting mechanism was almost rusted to the point that it was almost impossible to release the straps. I also had a problem with the running lights, and was told it was my truck that was the problem and was left standing in the middle of his driveway to figure it out for myself. Never offered any solution. I was left with a take it or leave it and walked away.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkIt was embedded with a building supply company. So it was kind of hard to tell what went where. But overall, it was acceptable

Virginia HThe owner to Fillmore building supply where I rented the U-Haul truck was very nice. I would definitely recommend this site.
Diana SFirst off, I rented and was charged for a dozen furniture pads and did not receive them and I was also charged for fuel even though I left the fuel fuller than when I picked up the truck. There has been no explanation or contact from the company, which is very frustrating.
