Bad customer service. The old lady gave me attitude and laughed at me. She did not know what she was doing. It took me an hour and a half to get a truck when I had a reservation scheduled. I would never again rent from the Firebaugh location ever again.

This is a small location that could be awkward to drop off a large 26' truck and trailer outside business hours. I was fortunate that the manager was on site and helped me park the trailer and unhitch. He then moved the truck for me. Thank you.
