We were left the wrong keys for the truck we rented. The mistake was eventually rectified by talking to uhual on the phone. However, the error delayed our start by an hour and the truck the keys fit was a ten foot and we had arranged for a 15 foot. This caused us an extra trip and extra mileage. We were quite disappointed with the errors.

Cellular service is not strong enough to upload photos so it took forever! I finally just gave up. I had to re- enter the same information I submitted when I originally booked and then the whole reference check should have been available to do when I reserved it, that was a waste of time that set me back 30 minutes. My helpers were waiting for me. There should be an email or clear instructions during the reservation process when I requested days before the explains the hoops I would have to jump through.
