The truck was very dirty in the cab!! Also, when I called the day before to make the reservation for the next day, I specifically asked what the mileage rate would be (for a week day) they stated .79 cents a mile but when I got to the store to pick up the truck, he told me it was .99cents 😡 I won’t use this location again!!

LORI JWe were left the wrong keys for the truck we rented. The mistake was eventually rectified by talking to uhual on the phone. However, the error delayed our start by an hour and the truck the keys fit was a ten foot and we had arranged for a 15 foot. This caused us an extra trip and extra mileage. We were quite disappointed with the errors.
