They didn’t have the furniture pads I had requested and didn’t know that until I picked up the U-Haul. It would have been nice to know that ahead of time. Person checking me in seemed very rushed.

Richard ATruck was not great had many problems driving it kept jerking as I was driving. Brakes were very loud. Everything was clean in the truck but the driving while being rocked back and forth made for a not pleasant drive had to stop multiple times due to car sickness

CANDYCE HThe truck i had was rough. the driverside door didn't close flush against the side of the truck. The trucks pick up was so slow and it sounded like it wasn't shifting in to the next gear. When I would brake, it sounded like a airplane was landing.
