The service was good - it was unusual to see a U-Haul in a flooring store. I left something small in the truck and had to go back (30-minute trip) to get it; the man wouldn't just put it in an envelope and mail it to me.

When I got there on Saturday Jan 17th I had to go online since office was closed . Customer Service walked me thru it on how to get keys for truck. But no hand truck or furniture pads were inside truck but got charged for both items . Called to let them know. Would like to be reimbursed for these items
