Well it online reservations only. So maybe nit being held up so long while waiting on reservation confirmation and waiting on store customers. And the price at the reservation should be the same price you pay at the store. NO ADD ONs.

Charlie MI rented a car hauler trailer from the Wavahoo location. I hooked the trailer up and drove approximately 20 miles from the rental location only to discover one of the tires was old, brittle and warped causing the entire trailer to hop and bounce. I returned to the trailer to the location but was only refunded half of the rental fee. I believe this to be a nefarious business tactic especially since the defected tire presented a safety risk to myself and other drivers I shared the road with that day.
