Absolutely never again. We never dealt with a person in person. No one could find my reservation even tho I had all the text and emails. The site and app never registered my reservation. Upon return it was the same. I couldn't check out and do the inspection because there was nothing to attach it to. I have videos from pick up and return. This whole entire process with thai company was so stressful and unprofessional. I use uhual often and rethinking after this experience. Completely ruined my mother's day.

The Uhaul ran and drove perfectly but the virtual experience and not having a live person to help and answer questions was a pain. Everything had to be done over your phone and took about 45 minutes to pick up and drop off the Uhaul. If the need for a Uhaul comes up again, I will only use a place that has live people on the property.
