The online process is a nightmare. In person rental would have been a lot easier. I would have filled out less forms if I would have bought the truck.

Missing rear bottom hold down ring
john dNo moving dollies even though these were rented, inside of the truck cab and of the back were messy.
Eric HFirst they tried to charge an extra day saying I didn't bring the truck back! Nowtwo weeks later I got an email saying, I didn't put the gas back in the truck! I don't know what's going on with this place but I turned the truck in on time and put all the gas back!
