Customer service was above and beyond awesome! Reserved a small truck for a non-profit event, truck was ready to roll by the time I was able to pick up. Had issues with U-Haul’s online pick up/drop off which was after hours, but was personally met at the door by management and was taken care of in less than 10 minuets all together. I checked the hours before leaving to return the trailer. I waited a half hour before someone arrived. The internet was spotty and took many tries to check out with your internet site. When I told the U-Haul representative I had to wait for him he indicated there was a sign near the door that I should have called and he would have come to meet me. He was very rude and had some inappropriate language when I said someone should be there during business hours. If I have to call someone to meet me don’t post your business hours. Thanks Mark Miller
