Tell someone who has never rented a U-Haul before that they need to take a picture of the license plate and inspect the U-Haul before pulling out bc I didn’t see the message/email until I got home that evening and it was expired. Then I tried calling back but the person working was unavailable both times I called. Also, I wasn’t given any paperwork the drop box where I left the truck. Just a little confusing…

IVONNE RDid not use dolly in the back of the truck. Previous costumer left seal for dolly in front of truck at pickup. Was billed 7 dollars dispite not using dolly and having a picture of dolly not having a seal on it at pickup.
Logan WThe whole rental experience was screwy. I thought I had 5 days but it turns out it was only 3 but didn't know that till I was at the counter. I was contacted many times to pull a trailer and finally agreed to pull a trailer only to be told there was none. I turned it in on the third day but got charged for a fourth. I cant view the receipt and clicking on the link doesnt work. I used uhual all the time but this time it was not smooth or user friendly.
