i recieved no paperwork when i rented the uhaul. they did not go outside and verify the milage with me. they told me it was dirty because of all the rain, they didnt have a chance to clean it, but i didnt care about that part. the back door was open when we went out there when we picked it up so that is how i left it when i returned it. The man did not tell me he would not be there to check me back in after i was done or i would of picked a different location to rent from. He also did not tell me that i would need the APP in order to self check in when i was finished. NOT all people have smart phones! NOT all people with smart phones have a data plan! so i did not have the APP and never planned on needing the APP. That is why i go in person when i need something. It was not til later that night, when i got on my home computer, that i seen he emailed my paperwork/contract. He didnt not explain any of this to me. I will never go to this location again.

RYAN RTheir business says open until 6:00PM, arrived at 5:15PM, gate was locked. Found a place to park the truck and dropped off the key in their box. I called the number, couldn't leave a message longer than 10 seconds so I gave up. I called the next day, still no answer. I wanted to verify they received the truck. So I ended up downloading the APP and closed it out that way. I have yet to hear anything from them but I did get a text confirmation that they have the truck although that may have been because of the APP.
