Only thing I would mention and not specific to this location but to the process of renting a Uhaul truck and adding Uhaul Movers is that it was confusing on what I was paying for upfront. It appeared to be paid in full for truck and Movers (obviously gas, etc would be added at end if necessary) but at pick up I learned it was not all bundled and at the price I paid, I could have easily used Big Blue Movers with insurance, 2 guys and their own truck for the sane price, probably less as that's who my girlfriend used the week prior for reference. Cottage collection was wonderful and easy to work with so this is not a reflection on their end, just food for thought on the Uhaul online process.

Jac TThe young lady that checked out the trailer was very knowledgeable and helpful.
Paul Ci recieved no paperwork when i rented the uhaul. they did not go outside and verify the milage with me. they told me it was dirty because of all the rain, they didnt have a chance to clean it, but i didnt care about that part. the back door was open when we went out there when we picked it up so that is how i left it when i returned it. The man did not tell me he would not be there to check me back in after i was done or i would of picked a different location to rent from. He also did not tell me that i would need the APP in order to self check in when i was finished. NOT all people have smart phones! NOT all people with smart phones have a data plan! so i did not have the APP and never planned on needing the APP. That is why i go in person when i need something. It was not til later that night, when i got on my home computer, that i seen he emailed my paperwork/contract. He didnt not explain any of this to me. I will never go to this location again.
