I got a call about 4 pm on day of rental. He was angry that I did not return buy 3 pm as I had hoped. I used your subsidiary Move Help. He said you closed at 7 pm. turns out you don't close til 8 pm on Friday. I realize he missed a double rental that day, but, I can't help how long it took. Everyone else was very nice.

Ordered a 26 foot truck 2-2.5 weeks ahead of time for 10 hours. We were only given a 17 foot truck for 1800 sq foot town home. This was slowed for one day. We used it for two and weren't to be charged for mileage. The foster met Servaces was really bad. District maneger had no clue what when on and was barely willing to refund money owed. This by far the worst experance my husband have ever had. I would never on my life recommend u-hall to anybody.

Have all you locations work to meet individuals rental needs. I contacted 2 other locations to get a truck. Neither of them could fill my schedule needs. I drove an extra 20 miles to return the truck after I was done unloading because the nearer location could not meet my schedule needs. Great people at the location I got the truck rented from. Will use them again even if it will cost me more.

The mileage is ridiculous! If someone is staying within a certain number of miles, that should be free. Outrageous expense! $80 additional dollars. The new employee Patty at the location is also terrible; please train her better. My express check in took 20 minutes...

Have one or two more people on staff during rush periods. Frustrating to see 4-5 customers in front of you when each rental/reservation can take 5-10 minutes and there is only one person behind the counter. Even if there are two, once the paperwork is completed then the employee has to leave the counter to go outside and get the equipment ready - sometimes it is done by walkie talkie to a worker outside but many times it is not. Less paper.
