Your prices. The fact that we are charged 69cents per mile but still have to fill the gas tank back to what we received it in is very excessive to me. For me to use a pick up truck for 2 Hours my total we close to 50$ plus another 10$ for the gas was a little to much. And I didn’t drive that far. Next time I would be using a moving company I would come out the same price even if it’s just to move a washer and dryer. At least wouldn’t have to hire my own help.

You need to get a handle on what the gas mileage of your trucks actually is. We were told we'd get about 10 mpg (less than what is published on your website), yet the actual mpg was 4, more than doubling our cost for gas. When I complained about the mileage, the people at this location said I would need to call corporate. Since we experienced excessive exhaust during transportation, we suspect there was a problem with the truck itself. Don't know how "calling corporate" is going to fix that.

The person who helped us at check in was extremely rude and came off as we were an inconvenience for being there even though we scheduled the pick up days prior. When we returned our rental the person who helped us was nicer but didnt do anything to help. They made me unhook the trailer and walk it back to where it needed to be. This just seemed very lazy on there part. My wife is handicapped even though I have back issues I went ahead and did it but what if I wasnt there? Just seems to me the employees at this location are very lazy and would rather be paid to sit there and do nothing than actually work.
