Make the initial truck rental process easier, it took me 20 mins to rent a truck, plus had to show lease even after taking selfie and uploading license.
Robert BThe vehicle was in good condition. The location is a convenience store and the regular employee/mgr was on vacation. The employee filling in had no experience with the U-Haul operation. He was friendly and tried to be helpful but his inexperience required I contact U-Haul for the proper procedure to check in and out. If not for this aspect it would have been a much better experience.
JAMES MThe guy was nice and tried his best but it took a long time to get the rental. I think he’s new. Overall, the rental experience wasn’t good. Book at one location and they didn’t have my truck so I had to go to another location. Truck was dirty. Got charge for extra miles when all I did was move from 1 location to another and stop by for gas on the way.
Thien LBack to the U-Haul truck was dusty and dirty. Left dirt on my furniture and belongings. Also I paid for one dollie and 12 furniture pads and neither was in the back of the truck. Please advise on how to request a refund on these items.
