How U-Haul Reviews WorkI was hoping to rent a 9' van, but as one was unavailable, I hesitantly rented a 10' truck (I was concerned about driving this vehicle with many blind spots and I was also unfamiliar with driving this vehicle). When I arrived to the location, the 9' van had been returned early, and I inquired if it was available, and I was able to take it out instead. The people at the desk, namely Connie and Christina, were amazing and so very helpful! I love this location as everyone is very helpful and lovely to deal with.
