Marcel FExcellent, friendly office staff. Good explanations of all charges. Missed the text asking for a photo of the rental vehicle plate. Pickup about 100, returned in good condition about 1400 gas tooped up tp 3/4. All trael in St. Albert. Very easy and successful for me. Thank you.

Robert FVehicle had a burned out head light and a problem with tire pressure sensor … these problems apparently had been reported but were not disclosed to me when I rented the truck. I had to check tire pressures which I wouldn’t have had to do if I was told it was a sensor problem. A burned out headlight is a safety issue that should have been repaired before I drove off the lot. Lot was convenient and very friendly and efficient office staff.
