No one onsite to assist and no return instructions received. Had to call customer service twice - return instruction in app not correct for location. Picture shows drop box but location has 3 locks that require code to open

Not clear how to return the truck to the store. Clerk was polite and pleasant but didn’t know how to proces returned truck I ended up doing it online.
MAGDY ALock was a little difficult to use. Check in process was long and inefficient.
