Customer service was excellent! Pick up and drop off was easy breezy!! Highly recommend this spot for Uhaul rental! Also a great automotive shop too!!

CHRISTINE HRent the trucks out full of gas. Its hard to return a truck "half full"
JOHN MThere was no personnel to interact with when I dropped off the vehicle on Sunday which might be the only area for improvement but overall everything is done on your mobile app which works fine. Since it was my first time using the app and not interacting with a person takes some getting used to but pretty decent process.
GREGORY CYes and no; anything that is 20' and up, you can not find a suitable parking area as to where they want you to park. I wouldn't recommend this place if you are dropping off the truck after hours.
