First off, the U-Haul app is the worst. It’s slow and glitchy. However, the folks at Jim’s Car Shop were awesome. They helped me with the pickup/dropoff process. Excellent customer service.

Jeff WKnown tire sensor issue. Made me uncomfortable driving such a long distance worrying that I could be driving with a bad tire. Maybe don’t rent a truck that you know has an issue. Also the inside of the windshield was filthy. Made it hard to see at times.
