Absolutely the worst experience, got into the truck and there was only 64 miles worth of gas left, went back into the gas station where I picked it up and she had me call the UHaul customer service and they wouldn’t put gas into the truck even though I picked it up from a gas station. It became my responsibility. I will never rent from UHaul again.

Have clerk know more about rental procedures. She just handed me the keys and said I could go. When I asked about paperwork. She handed me a business card to area manager.
Mark FIt took some time to turn the vehicle back over but the young lady that works at the drop-off location was friendly and helpful.
Kurt BIt took way to long for us to get the U-Haul it was ridiculous
