The worker really didn’t know how to work the U-Haul stuff. My U-Haul didn’t have the dolly in it like it was supposed to and they don’t have any thing extra that they were able to give me

Turkessa HAbsolutely the worst experience, got into the truck and there was only 64 miles worth of gas left, went back into the gas station where I picked it up and she had me call the UHaul customer service and they wouldn’t put gas into the truck even though I picked it up from a gas station. It became my responsibility. I will never rent from UHaul again.
