Very unprofessional service, agent acted like I was bothering her when I asked questions. I reserved a truck and hand truck Dooley, non we’re available. Her response was nothing we can do about it if people don’t return them. No apologies or anything.

Have the rental available and have someone knowledgeable regarding signing the documents, etc. I’ve already had everything booked online but like I said moving six or seven cars out of the way and then having to translate to one another how to get out of there because the place was so tiny
