BENNET BIt was a Friday afternoon, so it was busy, even though we had a reserved time. The person helping didn't check the lights on the trailer. We checked them when we got the trailer home and there were no running lights even though the brake and turn signals worked. My husband left at 3:30 am so luckily he was not ticketed for not having lights. On a good note, the U-Haul app wouldn't let me pick a drop off location anywhere near my home (Austin, not someplace without many rental locations) at the destination and the person working helped us to change it to one that was 20 minutes away, not 80 minutes away. Overall UHaul provides a utility product at a decent price. Pretty much the only game in town for small towable trailers.
