I dropped off my trailer at 5PM on the 19th and they didn’t put it into the system until 8am on the 20th

Robynne GThere are no employees at this dropoff point, and they didn't answer the phone when I called. I figured out what to do from the instructions in the UHaul email, but it would've been more reassuring if I could hand the keys to someone during business hours.
