Surely Uhaul can do better here. This was like I landed in Appalachia. There is no parking. The person was standoffish. This was like a junkyard.

Cary HI took the trailer to the scheduled drop off location, Pinedog Automotive, on Monday June 30, 2025. The place looks a lot like a junk yard. As I pulled up someone came out to help before I even pulled into their property. . He unhooked the trailer and started wheeling it away. I asked, "Is that it?" He replied, "Yeah, I'll get it checked in and send you an email in a couple of minutes." I didn't get the email any time Monday. Tuesday, I got a text, I assume from corporate, asking me to verify when I will be returning the trailer. I dove to Pinedog Automotive and explained to the person that I never got an email from him and now I have a text from corporate about returning the trailer. He said, "I guess maybe I didn't get it checked in yet." He looked it up on his computer and said it's not due til tomorrow and he would get it taken care of. I told him I want it checked in and to be done with it. So he did go ahead and look through the trailer and check it in while i was there, and I got and email verifying it is checked in. Although the email states I returned it July 1 not June 30. This guy does have multiple plaques on his wall from U-haul commending his good service. I don't know how he earned them.
